Team Development Coaching is a process in which members of a team are being coached simultaneously. What do we do? Below is a sample 4-step collection of how the team development process may progress.
Our team starts with providing individual coaching sessions for each team member to determine the goals and specific aspirations of each individual, as well as their personal interpretation of function within the team and company. We discover potential conflicts and how to practice collaboration.
We take each individual through a personal discovery process, which will clarify internal drivers, or what our team calls Core Values. Understanding your and each member or your teams Core Values will provide insight on where you are highly effective and where potential limitations maybe within the group at large.
After a series of coaching sessions, you now have to tools to successfully meet with your team on a one-to-one basis. The purpose is to give and receive feedback regarding tools, practices, and action plans that are being executed. You will be able to understand unintended effects you have on others, take accountability for the impact, and offer solutions to experience full partnership. The goal is to fully integrate a team while understanding, accepting, and thriving in a culture of different strengths, personalities, and talents.
To ensure success and provide ongoing support, we provide continued sessions with your team to track progress and work through any issues. This is a crucial part of the process to hold you accountable for practicing what you’ve learned and sustain lasting results for the group.
